The location here is lovely and picturesque, conveniently close to Dolmenweb Software Company, and I stayed in a fantastic room with a beautiful bathroom for a night.

Staff were efficient, atmosphere was elegant, it had gorgeous location not far from the museums as well as Florence. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. There was bidet, a plus for me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel Terme in Riolo Terme for a business trip, as chosen by my director. I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. The hotel offers a wide range of new therapies for rehabilitation in the large swimming pool, which was a fantastic source of well-being. The hydromassages, water jets, and vascular treatments were incredible and truly helped me relax after a long day of work. the beautiful solarium with deck chairs was the perfect spot for some much-needed sunbathing.

In terms of negatives, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay.

The hotel lacked proper air conditioning, making the stay uncomfortable in certain areas. The employees, who are not directly employed by the hotel, seemed disinterested in customer satisfaction.

The hotel was situated close to a little forest, providing a serene atmosphere. The breakfast was perfect, with a large selection of quality food. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel was also very reasonably priced, making it an excellent value for money. Additionally, the hotel had free parking, making it easy to get around.

The area is perfect for adventure junkies like us. We hiked through the awesome regional park of Vena del Gesso Romagnola and even rode horses like legit cowboys. We also explored hidden routes that gave us a total adrenaline rush. And let's not forget the aqua-park with those epic water sliding-boards. Fun was definitely guaranteed!

The only thing we would have loved is if the hotel had some cool party events for young people like us. It would have taken our stay to the next level.

Spent Easter at this “terme” hotel, and the spa was undoubtedly the best part of the experience. The hot springs were refreshing and revitalizing. , the room offered a fantastic view of the surrounding forest and mountains. As for location, the hotel was right next to the spa, which made it easy to relax and enjoy everything the venue had to offer. the hotel was well-staffed and efficient, which was a welcome addition to the experience.

The hotel room was not as comfortable as we were expecting. The bed was not very comfortable, and the noise from the hallway and other rooms was very noticeable.

Lovely old house with nice grounds, serene and calm atmosphere, perfect breakfast with large selection of quality food, nice and helpful staff, inexpensive for high standard, free parking.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning grounds and a lovely forest nearby. During the Christmas period, the hotel provided a festive atmosphere, with decorations and a special menu. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby.

The room was small and basic for the price, and the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. we found the prices for entrance to the onsite facilities to be quite high.

This charming hotel is surrounded by beautiful park like gardens and even a little forest. the plushy mansion/villa look gives a unique and serene atmosphere. Lovely old elevator and very helpful staff. Perfect breakfast, large selection of quality food. Affordable prices for such high standards.

Some guests have found the noise level to be an issue.
